I was so excited to come across this challenge on Instagram!

I have had this adorable pair of wide leg pants in my drawer that have always been just a bit too tight on me. I can never seem to pair them with anything that makes me feel good either. I had planned to upcycle them into something becaue I love the print, and this challenge gave me just the push I needed to get to work!

My daughter has a romper from H&M that she absolutely loves, but just grew out of. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to create her a funky little romper out of my too tight pants! I used the H&M romper as my pattern, but gave a little extra length and width to fit my daughter.

The romper turned out kind of funky, but my Isla really loves it (although you wouldn’t be able to tell my looking at the photos, lol!).
