Maggie Mayfield – Project #3

When I was gifted this vintage velveteen dress I instantly thought of a book from my childhood, The Velveteen Rabbit. I knew the muted blue would be beautiful for a stuffed animal. I gave birth to my second son 3 weeks ago and let my older son help stuff the rabbit and pick the fabric for the bow so he could feel like he was giving the rabbit to his new brother as a gift!
