I am lucky enough to live in an area with AMAZING thrift shops! It is not at all unusual for me to find garments in high quality fabric, often on the clearance rack! Can you believe this 100% silk dress was marked down to $1.99! I used Candice’s tip to rip the seams and the fabric was just wide enough for a True Bias Ogden Cami. The pink floral is a cut of fabric from my mother’s stash. It became a full-wrap skirt with a flounce using Simplicity 8606. I love the tone on tone pinks in this outfit.
