When Nikki and I were at the thrift store she spied this hot pink ladies skirt and put it right into the cart. When the Upcycle Package came in the mail and the pinks in the Windham Fabric went perfectly together I knew I had to put them together somehow. She adores her newest dress with the ruffles everywhere.
