My submission is an outfit for my daughter with a matching outfit for her doll. The shirts were from a free men’s t-shirt my husband received from my daughter’s soccer club. It had screen printing so I had to work around it while cutting out my project. I used the Violette Field Threads Tatum dress pattern and modified it to shirt length and added sleeve cuffs. The shorts and headbands were made from a men’s button down shirt my mother-in-law bought to wear after shoulder surgery. It’s a heavier material and isn’t really shirt weight. The shorts were made using the Sylvie pattern by Violette Fields Thread. They are fully lined using a Moda Basics fabric from my stash. The headbands are the Charlie headband also by Violette Field Threads.
