Hi! I am Tiffany! I already submitted an entry for the Upcycle challenge but really wanted to send this one is as well. The dress was an old favorite of mine. I had my second daughter pose in the garment, but it ended up working better for my youngest in the end. The little stinker REFUSED to hold the bag made from the NEW fabric I made for it! The fabric is my OWN design that I had printed at Spoonflower.
