Denim curtains – This project was inspired by a denim rag quilt, a starting point for our new bedroom. I love working with denim – it is a such a strong versatile material. The ripped jeans used to create the curtains came from friends with an appeal on FB. 40 PAirs of jeans were used, each pair made 4-6 patches. The curtains are lined with new fabric from my stash, the white based fabric originally bought for making PJ’s which were never made. The denim tab’s are made from the waistbands of the jeans.
